Before undertaking a search assignment, we meet in person
with senior management to conduct an extensive and thorough
consultation in order to fully determine your requirements and

Description
After having reached a consensus on your needs, we meet with the
hiring manager(s) and prepare a unique and compelling position
specification that outlines the responsibilities of the position,

An extensive list of potential candidates is collected through

Evaluation & Interviews
Candidate prospects are evaluated through in-depth telephone
interviews and, should you choose, are subjected to psychometric
testing--measuring experiential key competencies and abilities as
well as personality, style and temperament issues to determine
potential fit with the your organization.
Presentation
of Candidates
Before meeting the finalists, you receive confidential written
reports detailing individual key competencies measured against the
position specifications, motivation, current salary and benefits

We arrange the meetings between you and each candidate, including
travel details, and contact both the hiring manager and candidate
immediately after the interview for feedback.

Once the final candidate(s) is selected, should you choose, we
will conduct thorough and detailed references by talking to numerous
individuals (bosses, peers, subordinates, customers) who have direct
knowledge and insight regarding the candidate's leadership
abilities, integrity, technical competence, achievements and
personal characteristics. This includes verifying academic
credentials.
Extending The
Offer & Completing The Search
Once you have decided that an offer should be made to the
selected candidate, we can often play an important role in bringing
the two parties together. This includes assisting you in structuring
the compensation and benefits package, counseling on negotiations
both to you and to the candidate, and serving as an intermediary to
resolve questions or details to everyone's satisfaction, resignation
and counter-offer counseling, and relocation assistance.

Once the successful candidate is in place, we stay in touch with
both the candidate and hiring executive to maintain the smooth
transition and the continued satisfaction of both parties.
